I know I'm gearing up and beginning to get my Summer sewing plans together. It will be here before you know it. I'm planning attending one or two of Mr. Jim's Sewing Workshops. Most of you know that Mr. Jim is my tailoring teacher sent from Heaven above! LOL! Well that's not far from the truth. I've been learning tailoring from him for a few months now and it's greatly improved my sewing. He's a Master Tailor and with 53+ years of experience there isn't much he doesn't know. It's quite the opposite. He make the most wonderfully tailored pieces. Anyhow he's giving Summer sewing workshops. He's got 4 different workshops lined up and I'm happily spreading the word. I'd love EVERYONE to get exposed to his great tailoring and sewing instruction as I am. ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing information about this workshop. I can't make it this year, but certainly hope he does it again in 2015. Hopefully by then, things in my own life will be a bit more settled and I will be able to take that much needed sewing vacation myself. Enjoy and bring back lots for those of us who cannot make it.
BTW - Savannah is one of my favorite places. Beautiful. Enjoy the ambiance and charm... and don't forget to hit some of those great restaurants. :-)
